一、概述 
    本儀器既可測量高電阻，又可測微電流。采用了美國In公司的大規(guī)模集成電路,使儀器體積小、重量輕、準(zhǔn)確度高。以雙3.1/2 位數(shù)字直接顯示電阻的高阻計(jì)和電流。量限從1×104Ω ～1×1018 Ω，是目前國內(nèi)測量范圍zui寬，準(zhǔn)確度zui高的數(shù)字超高阻測量儀。電流測量范圍為2×10-4 ～1×10-16Ａ。機(jī)內(nèi)測試電壓為10/50/100/250/500/1000V任意可調(diào)。本儀器具有精度高、顯示迅速、性好穩(wěn)定、讀數(shù)方便， 適用于防靜電產(chǎn)品如防靜電鞋、防靜電塑料橡膠制品、計(jì)算機(jī)房防靜電活動地板等電阻值的檢驗(yàn)以及絕緣材料和電子電器產(chǎn)品的絕緣電阻測量。本儀器除能測電阻外，還能直接測量微弱電流。

四、工作原理 
    根據(jù)歐姆定律，被測電阻Rx等于施加電壓V除以通過的電流I。傳統(tǒng)的高阻計(jì)的工作原理是測量電壓V固定，通過測量流過取樣電阻的電流I來得到電阻值。從歐姆定律可以看出，由于電流I是與電阻成反比，而不是成正比，所以電阻的顯示值是非線性的，即電阻無窮大時(shí)，電流為零，即表頭的零位處是∞，其附近的刻度非常密，分辨率很低。整個(gè)刻度是非線性的。又由于測量不同的電阻時(shí)，其電壓V也會有些變化，所以普通的高阻計(jì)是精度差、分辨率低。 
    本儀器是同時(shí)測出電阻兩端的電壓V和流過電阻的電流I，通過內(nèi)部的大規(guī)模集成電路完成電壓除以電流的計(jì)算，然后把所得到的結(jié)果經(jīng)過A/D轉(zhuǎn)換后以數(shù)字顯示出電阻值，即便是電阻兩端的電壓V和流過電阻的電流I是同時(shí)變化，其顯示的電阻值不象普通高阻計(jì)那樣因被測電壓V的變化或電流Ｉ的變化而變，所以，即使測量電壓、被測量電阻、電源電壓等發(fā)生變化對其結(jié)果影響不大，其測量精度很高()，從理論上講其誤差可以做到零，而實(shí)際誤差可以做到千分之幾或萬分之幾。

6.1接好電源線 
確保電源為220VAC/50Hz 
6.2接通電源 
   將電流電阻量程置于 104 檔,電壓量程置于10V，然后開機(jī)。
6.3調(diào)零 
在“Rx"兩端開路的情況下,調(diào)零使電流表的顯示為0000 .注意：在“Rx"兩端不開路，如接在電阻箱或被測量物體上時(shí)調(diào)零后測量會產(chǎn)生很大的誤差。一般一次調(diào)零后在測試過程中不需再調(diào)零。 完畢后關(guān)機(jī)。
6.4連接線路 
    接好測試線，將測試線將主機(jī)與屏蔽箱連接好，測體積電阻時(shí)測試按鈕撥到Rv邊，測表面電阻時(shí)測試按鈕撥到Rs邊。然后開機(jī)。
6.5選擇合適的測量電壓 
★電壓選擇開關(guān)在后面板，注意，在測試過程中不要隨意改動測量電壓，可能因電壓的過高或電流過大損壞被測試器件或測試儀器; 
6.6測試 
測量時(shí)從低檔位逐漸拔往高檔，每撥一次稍停留1～2秒以使觀察顯示數(shù)字， 當(dāng)被測電阻大于儀器測量量程時(shí)，電阻表顯示“1"，此時(shí)應(yīng)繼續(xù)將儀器撥到量程更高的位置，當(dāng)測量儀器有顯示值時(shí)應(yīng)停下，當(dāng)前的數(shù)字乘以檔次即是被測電阻值。當(dāng)有顯示數(shù)字時(shí)不要再往更高次檔撥，否測儀器會過量程，機(jī)內(nèi)保護(hù)電路開始工作，儀器測量準(zhǔn)確度會下降。 
6.7 測試完畢將電阻電流量程拔至“104 "檔，電壓量程調(diào)至10V后關(guān)閉電源
★每測量一次均應(yīng)將量程開關(guān)撥回到104“調(diào)零"檔的量程位置以免開機(jī)或測量端短路時(shí)而損壞儀器。
6.8 測量電流及1015Ω以上超高電阻的測量應(yīng)用測量電流后用歐姆定律以電壓除以電流計(jì)算電阻的方法，詳見8.5節(jié)內(nèi)容。
6.9 體積電阻和表面電阻轉(zhuǎn)換
★在測試過程中，使用屏蔽箱在進(jìn)行體積電阻和表面電阻轉(zhuǎn)換時(shí)，必須把電源關(guān)閉后進(jìn)行檔位轉(zhuǎn)換，否則會導(dǎo)致電壓沖擊到主機(jī)無法顯示或損壞。

Four, the principle of work

According to Ohm's law, the resistance being measured Rx is equal to the applied voltagedivided by current V by I. The working principle of the high resistance meter is the traditionalmeasuring voltage V fixed, by measuring the current flowing through the sampling resistor I toobtain the resistance value. From Ohm's law can be seen, because the current I is inversely proportional to the resistance, but not proportional, so is nonlinear resistive display value, i.e.,infinite resistance, current is zero, i.e. zero at the header is infinite, scale near the very dense,with a low resolution. The scale is nonlinear. Because the resistance measurement of differentvoltage, the V will also be some changes, so the high resistance of ordinary gauge is poor accuracy and low resolution.

Six using the method

6.1 connect the power line

Make sure the power is 220VAC/50Hz

6.2 connect the power supply

6.3 zero

6.5 select the appropriate measuring voltage
